EXTRUSION PRESS LINE
The aluminum extrusion press line is used to shape aluminum billets under high pressure and transform them into designed profiles. In this process, the aluminum material is first melted and then forced through a mold using a powerful press to achieve the desired shape. The extrusion press line involves several stages including heating, pressing, cooling, stretching, and cutting. The aluminum profiles produced on the extrusion press line are utilized across various sectors such as construction, automotive, electronics, and aerospace.
Mekaline has expanded its production capabilities by commissioning aluminum press lines with capacities of 1,100 tons in 2011, 1,600 tons in 2015, 2,200 tons in 2022, and 4,400 tons in 2024, thereby meeting customer demands effectively.
In this department, staffed by approximately 35 personnel, multifunctional aluminum profiles are produced for various applications including facades and architecture, industrial uses, automotive components, photovoltaic panels, aerospace, defense industry, and solar systems.
